With the Spring in Full swing and Open houses getting the potential buyers out and about its time for those buyers to know what they can really afford.

The underwriters guidelines have tightened, the sub-prime scare in the media, Some people looking for homes may not know what they can really afford.  Most Realtors know they need to get potential buyer pre - qualified. Do the potential buyer really know the different options that are available to them with regard to their CREDIT SCORE.

During the refinance boom I have done business with many lenders. It is important for a Finance Professional to in fact be professional and walk the buyers through the process. That is what they are paid for.
