News of the Day Interest rates are coming down.

 

The real estate market has declined in some areas. Some areas are not affected as much. If you have clients that are considering Listing their home you may need an appraisal to provide an UNBIASED opinion of the current market.

If you have clients that are on the fence about purchasing a home.  Having an appraisal completed on a home they are considering may help them make an informed decision and save them Money.
