The beginning of Spring is around the corner. Is your home priced properly? 

If your home is listed and you are not seeing activity. You need to review the asking price.  A short form appraisal can properly align your home for a quicker sale.  Call if you would like a fee quote. Remember only a Licensed Appraiser is able to give an unbiased Opinion of Market Value.
